Summary: Broken toilet and bathroom smelt of urine constantly. Shower head doesn’t stay on wall and falls down causing injury. Cockroaches everywhere and all we were provided with was spray. We spent the whole week killing them in our beds, clothes etc Sofa bed was disgustingly dirty and full of dead bugs, dust and just general dirt. Bedding wasn’t changed for the full 9 days despite asking multiple times. Rooms are very noisy. We could hear the tenants on all sides of us which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Guests played pool and shouted outside our door until after midnight keeping our kids awake and nothing was done to remove them. The only positive is the staff who are all very pleasant and friendly.
